Directions:Preheat Oven: 350°
Slice each hot dog down center length-wise (do not cut all the way through). Squirt a strip of mustard down center of split.
Add 1/2 teaspoon onion soup mix and 1/2 teaspoon dressing mix in split on top of mustard. Add Chili Makin's. Set stuffed hot dogs aside and prepare biscuit mix.
Combine biscuit mix and evaporated milk and mix thoroughly. Dough will be stiff. Spray large dinner plate with nonstick cooking spray and spray your hands lightly.
Using your hands, roll about 1/2 cup dough into ball. Use your fingers to flatten ball of dough on plate until about the size of small tortilla. Place stuffed hot dog across center of dough. Wrap dough around hot dog and pinch to seal. Repeat for each hot dog.
Place in 9x12 casserole sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, leaving space between each for dough to expand. Back at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. |
