3 C Rice Chex
3 C Corn Chex
3 C Cherrios
3 C fat-free pretzels
Worcestershire sauce
Buttermist
Seasoned salt
Garlic powder
Onion powder (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven: 200 degrees

In a large pan, combine dry cereals and pretzels. Pour Worcestershire in small spray bottle. Lightly spray top of cereal mixture with Worcestershire, then with Buttermist.

Lightly sprinkle mixture with seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powder. Stir and repeat several times. Be careful not to use too much seasoned salt, as it is very salty.

Bake at 200 degrees 1½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Allow to cool and store in air-tight container.
