1/3 cup butter, melted
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
2 cup chicken broth or stock
1 package Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (325 grams) or the equivalent amount of bisquik
3/4 cup milk (for biscuit mix)
1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place melted butter in bottom of a 9 x 13" pan. Top with shredded cooked chicken. Spread the vegetables over the chicken.

In a medium sized bowl mix the biscuit mix, seasoning packet, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper together. Spread over the vegetables.

Mix the Cream of chicken soup and chicken broth together. Pour over the biscuits.

Bake 350º oven for 45-50 minutes.
