1 bag Nacho Doritos, crushed
2 cups shredded chicken
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro’tel tomatoes (with diced green chilies)
˝ cup sour cream
˝ cup milk
˝ package taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, Ro’tel, sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning. Stir well.
Layer the Casserole: Spread half of the crushed Doritos on the bottom of the dish. Add half the chicken mixture on top. Repeat the layers, and top with shredded cheese if desired.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil during the last 10 minutes for a crispy top.
Serve: Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
