Joyce Nelson, Program Director of the Developmental Achievement Center, made this cake for a gathering of our gang. Judi Botten, Robert's wife, was eating and asked if it was fruit cocktail cake. Joyce said no, why did she think so? Judy said "I just swallowed a squishy lump and thought it was a grape!" This cake is so nice-moist, spicey and doesn't need icing. Even the kids love it.
