1/2 Pound Beef Steak (tenderloin, round, flank)
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
1 Can Water Chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 Can Bean Sprouts, drained
2 Cups Cabbage, sliced
4-6 Green Onions, sliced
1 Can Mushrooms, drained
2-4 Stalks Celery, sliced on the diagonal
2 Green Pepper, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Beef Steak thin, on the diagonal.
Fry and Stir 1Tbs. oil. Remove to drain.
Continue to fry and stir vegetables.
When partially done, return steak to skillet. Add 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
Keep Warm

Mix 2 Tbs. Corn Starch with 1/2 Cup Water.
Stir into meat and veggies, cooking until sauce become transparent.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
Thick sauce burns easily - keep heat low.
