1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1 Can Mushrooms
1 - 4 oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese (room temp.)
4 Cups Frozen Hash Browns (16 oz pkg.)
Hormel Bacon Sprinkles
1/3 Cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Warm soup and cream cheese together.

Pour over frozen potatoes and vegetables.
Mix well. Pour into 9x13 baking pan.
Sprinkle Bacon bits over.

Cover and Bake at 325° for 1 hour - then sprinkle on grated cheese and bake uncovered until melts.
