1 c. grits (uncooked)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom of soup
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
melted butter to pour over top of bread crumbs

Boil grits until done. Mix with the other ingredients and place in buttered baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes until it is bubbly and browned on top. Ring the dinner bell and stand back!
