8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cups ground cooked ham
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup peanuts or pistachio nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the nuts
Beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in the ham, parsley, onion, mustard and pepper sauce. Form the mixture into a ball.
Cover and chill several hours or until it's firm.
Roll the cheese ball in the nuts to coat.
Serve with crackers.
