32oz chicken stock
1 block of Boursin garlic & herb cheese
Kielbasa
Handful of Spinach
1/4c Half & half
1 box orzo pasta

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

Drizzle oil on bottom of 9x13 casserole dish
Pour in whole box of uncooked orzo pasta
Place boursin cheese in the middle
Pour in whole box of stock
Mix in a handful of spinach
Add in a splash of half & half (no more than 1/4c)

Cover & cook for 30 minutes or until its not runny anymore.

When its close to finished- dice & brown the kielbasa.

Mix it all together and enjoy :)
