3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini (drained)
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla.
Add zucchini.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Fold in pineapple, raisins, and nuts.
Pour into 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 325°F for about 1 hour or until done.
