2 tablespoons butter, melted
4 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
1⅓ cups milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
Flour, enough to make a stiff batter
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease muffin tins.
Mix butter and sugar together.
Beat in eggs and milk.
Add baking powder and enough flour to make a stiff batter.
Fill muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden.
