¾ cup sifted Swans Down Cake Flour
1½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1½ cups Post’s Bran Flakes
2 eggs, well beaten
3 tablespoons sugar
⅔ cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or other shortening, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour once; add baking powder and salt and sift three times more.
Add Post’s Bran Flakes.
Combine eggs and sugar.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
Add butter and beat well.
Pour batter into greased muffin pans, filling each about two-thirds full.
Bake in a hot oven (425°F) for 25 minutes.
