5 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water (105–110°F)
1 package quick-rise yeast (2¼ tsp)
4–6 tablespoons olive oil
1½ teaspoons salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix ½ cup warm water, 1 cup flour, and yeast until crumbly. Let stand 5–10 minutes until slightly puffy.
Add remaining ½ cup water, olive oil, salt, and remaining flour gradually. Mix until dough forms a ball.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, turning once to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place 45–60 minutes, or until doubled.
Punch down dough and let rest 10 minutes before shaping.

Pizza: Bake at 425–450°F for 12–18 minutes.
Bread Loaf: Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes.
