2 (3 oz.) pkgs. – lemon Jell-O
1c. – water, boiling
2 (10 oz.) cans – chicken rice soup
2 c. – celery, finely chopped
2 T. – onion, chopped
1 c. – walnuts, chopped
1 c. – Miracle Whip
2 c. – Cool Whip

Directions:

Mix Jell-O with boiling water. Add soup. When it starts to set, whip it with a beater. Next, add all remaining ingredients. Fold all together and place in a 9 x 13 dish. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares.
