3 frozen deep dish pie crusts
3 rolled pie crusts
3 lbs lean ground pork
Water
1 small vadalia onion, finely minced
5 lbs peeled, gold or white potatoes
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp ground cloves
1-1/2 tsp ground cloves
1-1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp sage
1-1/2 Tbsp Gravy Master (browning agent)
1-2 Tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a stock pot, cook pork, onion and spices with enough water to almost cover the meat. Simmer and finely chop the meat with spatula as it cooks. Meanwhile, cut up & cook potatoes until tender. Drain, mash and set aside. Simmer on low until water is cooked off. Combine meat & potatoes and fill bottom pie crusts. Cover with top crusts, brush crusts with milk. Bake at 450 until golden, around 45 min.
