2 lb preferred chicken (whether breast or thigh)
1 cup-Cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
6 Tlbs-Salted butter
3 Tbls-Minced garlic
3 Tbls-Apple cider vinegar
2 Tbls-Soy sauce
1 can-Cranberry Sauce
1/3 cup Honey
Directions:
Directions:
In a large gallon bag add the corn starch, and a few pinches of salt and pepper. Add the chicken and after closing the bag shake gently to coat, let the chicken rest while you make the sauce. ​

In a medium saucepan add garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce, and honey. Bring to a boil then set to simmer and whisk until smooth. Let simmer while you cook the chicken. ​

In a large preheated frying pan on medium-high, add the butter and let it melt before adding half the chicken. Make sure to shake off excess cornstarch. Cook chicken on both sides for 3-4min until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165F.​

Let the chicken rest on a wire rack or paper towels then cut into slices. In a large bowl add chicken and drizzle sauce over the chicken to coat.​

Serve over rice with your favorite vegetable for a tasty meal!​

For a spicy sauce add 1-2 tbsps of red pepper flakes to the sauce depending on your desired heat level.
