salad greens
1 cucumber peeled, halved, seeded and sliced
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup garbanzo beans
sliced red onion
salad peppers
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Greek Dressing:
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vineger
1/2 tsp. each of kosher salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 heaping tsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients in large salad bowl and top with greek salad dressing.
