"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1 c. sugar
5 large eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
2 tbsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Pour cup of sugar in a saucepan and caramelize over medium-low stirring constantly until a golden caramel color. Pour into an 8' round pan and coat the bottom and sides. (Be careful it will be very hot).
Place all other ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth consistency. Pour into the pan over the caramel. Place pan into a larger pan filled 1/4 of the way with warm water. Cook on 350 for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Check the center with knife or toothpick and it should come out clean.
Once done take the pan out of the water bath and cool on wire rack. Once cooled over with wrap and refrigerate until cold. When cooled, loosen edges all around with a knife. Place a deep dish over the top and flip quickly. Store covered in refrigerator.
