Cookie:
5 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/8 c. oil
1/2 tbsp vanilla

Frosting:
Box confectioners sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 tbsp milk

Preheat oven to 370
Pour flour in a large bowl and make a well in it. Add other dry ingredients into the well and then add wet ingredients. Mix with hands until well blended. Roll into small balls. Bake 8-12 minutes. (depending on oven should be done around 8 minutes, don't over cook).
In a separate bowl combine a box of confectioners sugar, 1 melted stick of butter and 1 tsp of vanilla. Add milk a tbsp at a time until it reaches the consistency you want.

Once cookies are cool, frost and let them dry over night.
