Directions:
Sift the flour, cocoa, and salt in a bowl. Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until pale and creamy. With mixer on low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture.

Stir in the chocolate chips by hand. The dough will be very thick and crumbly. Squeeze it together in a ball with your hands.

Divide the dough into two equal pieces. Roll each piece into a log about 2 inches (5 cm) in diameter. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350º. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

Slice the logs into 1/2-inch thick rounds. Transfer to the prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Rotate the baking sheets halfway through for even baking. Let cookies cool completely on baking sheets.

GLAZE: Melt the white chocolate chips in microwave. Drizzle over the cooled cookies in a zig-zag pattern. Let set before serving.
