Dry Ingredients:
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup White Sugar
1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
¾ tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking Soda
Wet Ingredients:
¼ Cup Margarine or Butter
1 Egg
¾ Cup Orange juice

-1 ½ Cups Cranberries cut in half (too sour if left whole)
-Optional: 1 Cup Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Mix the dry ingredients together first in a large bowl. Beat the eggs and then add orange juice to the eggs. Stir into dry ingredients with a fork. Stir enough just to moisten. Fold in cranberries (halved). Oil a large loaf pan. Line the bottom with wax paper. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 30 to 50 minutes.
