1 lb. breakfast sausage
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
2 cups Bisquick mix
1/2 c u p milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain.
In a large bowl, mix Bisquick, cheese, eggs, and milk until combined.
Fold in the cooked sausage.
Spoon mixture into the muffin tin.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
