1 3/4 cups warm water
2 packages active dry yeast (1/2 oz total) (or 3 tsp)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt
5 1/4 cups flour
2 room temperature eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together warm water, yeast, oil, and sugar.
2. Wait 5-10 minutes for yeast to activate (when it foams, bubbles, and smells bready).
3. After yeast activates, add salt and eggs. Add flour until just not sticky enough to knead.
4. Knead until smooth.
5. Preheat oven to 425º F. Shape dough into sticks and place on a greased baking sheet 1" apart.
6. Let breadsticks rise 10 minutes in oven, then bake at 425º F for 10 minutes or until golden. Set timer in 5 minute intervals after first 10 minutes.
7. Flavor with butter and onion salt, garlic salt, dill, or favorite garnish.
