3 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1 tsp. nutmeg, ground
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
1 c. vegetable oil
c. water
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) bag pecans, chopped

In a large mixing bow, mix all dry ingredients until well blended. Gradually add pumpkin, oil, water, and eggs. Stir in pecans. Pour batter into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans and bake at 325 for 1 hours. Makes 2 loaves.
