2 stalks for Fresh Collard Greens Bunch-Farm Fresh Leafy Vegetable
1 pack of Smoked Turkey necks
1 Onion, chopped
2 tbsp of Butter
Crushed Red pepper flakes
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Black pepper
Chili powder
Apple Cider Vinegar
4 cups of water or Chicken Stock
Hot sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Lay down 1 leaf of a collard green.
Cut out the stem by using the "V-shape" cutting method and repeat for every leaf.
Grab a couple of your V-shaped greens and stack them on top of each other.
Roll them up together upright (They should look like a V on your cutting board).
Cut them up until they look stringy.
Clean out sink with dish soap and rinse thoroughly.
Fill the sink half way with lukewarm water.
Add in Apple cider vinegar until the water is a little brown. Repeat this step until the water turns clear.
Place cut up greens into the water with the apple cider vinegar.
Rinse greens until the water runs clear.
Add 2 tbsp of butter to a Crockpot.
Chop up 1 Onion and add to Crockpot.
Cook onions until brown and add 3 Smoked turkey necks to onions.
Add 4 cups of water or Chicken Stock to Crockpot.
Add greens to Crockpot.
Season greens with 2 tbsp of each seasoning (Black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, and crushed red pepper flakes).
Cook greens on high for 3 hours.
Use a fork to shred smoked turkey necks and remove bones.
Serve and enjoy with hot sauce on top!
