3 large cans (28oz.) peeled tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder (or 3 cloves garlic)
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 bunch cilantro
2 1/2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Open and drain almost all juice from tomatoes, reserving a small amount to pour into Cuisinart. to juice, add 8-10 slices of jalapenos. Add garlic, cumin, cilantro, and salt. Blend. Add tomatoes and vinegar. Blend. Then pour into pan and bring to a boil. Store in refrigerator.
