2 C Flour
1 C Brown Sugar
2/3 C Sugar
2/3 C Cocoa Powder
2 t Baking Powder
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Salt
2/3 C Oil
2/3 C Milk
2 Eggs
2 T Vanilla Extract
2/3 C Hot Water
1/2 C Sour Cream

For the Coconut Pecan Frosting
1 C Evaporated Milk
4 Egg Yolks
1 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Butter
1 T Vanilla Extract
2 C Coconut
1 1/2 C Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake cupcakes for 16-19 minutes

Frosting:
Over medium heat mix: milk, yolks, sugar and butter until thick (10-15 minutes).

Frost the cooled cupcakes

Tip:
"I like to add Creamy Chocolate Buttercream Icing too!"
