1 c sugar
1/2 c softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2/3 c flour
1/2 c cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt


1 c brown sugar
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp butter
1/2 c chocolate chips

Beat together sugar, butter, vanilla, and eggs. Add rest of ingredients and put in greased 8x8" pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Frosting: Bring brown sugar, milk and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Place saucepan in cold water and beat until spreading consistency.
