1 pone of cornbread (see cornbread recipe)
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped onions
3 tbsp poultry seasoning (don’t skimp on this)
6 - 8 biscuits, cooked
1 tsp salt and more to taste
1/2 cup butter
3 - 4 cups chicken broth
3 eggs slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, sauté celery and onions in butter until soft. In large mixing bowl, crumble up cornbread and biscuits. Add cooked vegetables and 3 cups of broth and seasonings. Mix well and taste to see if it has enough seasoning, especially salt. After you have desired seasonings in, add beaten eggs. if too thick, add more broth. Mix and pour in 9”x13” greased pan. Bake at 350º for about 30 - 40 minutes until set and brown on the edges.
