Dry ingredients:
1 c All purpose flour
1 c Yellow cornmeal
1/3 c Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda

Wet ingredients: (at room temperature)
1/2 c Melted butter
1 Egg
1 c Buttermilk
1/2 c Creamed corn

Directions:

1. Mix together dry ingredients

2. In another bowl, mex together wet ingredients

3. Make a well in the dry ingredients and gently mix together

4. Bake in a greased cast iron pan @ 400 degrees for 20 - 25 min

Serve nice and warm
