Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 - 8 oz blocks of cream cheese (Philadelphia original)
2 - medium jars Kosher whole dill pickles (Vlasic)
2 - 9 oz. packages sliced deli meat (Oscar Mayer oven roasted turkey breast)

(My preferred brands are noted but can use brands of your choice. Adjust quantities depending on how many people you're sharing them with! I make them until I run out of one of the ingredients.)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare the Cream Cheese
Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature until it’s easy to spread.

2. Prep the Pickles
Remove whole pickles from the jar. Rinse them gently under cold water, then pat them completely dry with paper towels to help the cream cheese stick.

3. Assemble the Wraps
Lay out slices of deli turkey. Spread a thin, even layer of softened cream cheese over each slice. For each pickle, use 2-3 slices of cream-cheese-covered turkey, wrapping them around the pickle one at a time until it’s fully enclosed.

4. Chill
Place the wrapped pickles in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to firm up. This makes them easier to slice.

5. Slice and Serve
After chilling, cut each wrapped pickle into bite-size rounds using a sharp knife. Arrange on a plate and serve cold. (Cut off the rounded ends of the pickle to make a straight edge, those are the sample pieces to enjoy while making them.)
