15 lbs. ripe tomatoes, chopped (you want 8 qts. chopped)
1 large bell pepper, chopped fine
2 large onions, chopped fine
1 1/2 cups diced celery
2 bay leaves
12 fresh basil leaves or 2 tsp. dried basil
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
3 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except lemon juice, in a large stainless pot.
Bring to a boil then simmer 30 minutes-all vegetables should be soft.
Press vegetables through a fine seive of a food mill.
Return juice to pot, stir in lemon juice and bring to a boil.
Pour into clean hot jars, leaving 1/2" headspace. Wipe rim with a vinegar soaked paper towel.
Then place lid and ring on rim and finger tighten.
Place jars in a water bath and bring to a rolling boil and process for 35 minutes.
Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
Remove and place on a towel on the counter to cool and seal.
Wait 24 hours then wash jars in warm soapy water, dry lable and date.
Place in a cool dark place.
