1 1/4 c flour
1/4 c cornstarch
1/2 c sifted powdered sugar
3/4 c + 2 tbsp butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, cornstarch, and sugar in a medium bowl. Cut butter in with a pastry blender until it resembles coarse meal. Shape dough into 1" balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten balls with fork in crisscross pattern. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
