1 C. Sour Cream
1 1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C.Butter softened
2 Eggs
3 Large Bananas - mashed
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 C. Nuts - chopped

Vanilla Glaze
2 C. Powdered Sugar
1/4 C. Butter - softened
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Hot Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together: sour cream, sugar, butter and eggs. Mix in bananas and vanilla, mix until well combined. Add flour, salt, and baking soda. Fold in nuts.
Spread onto a sheet cake pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
Combine vanilla glaze ingredients until smooth, add additional water if needed. frost and cut into bars.
