4 quart tomato juice
8 tsp. basil
4 tsp. oregano
4 tsp. salt
3 slices velveeta cheese
1 Tbsp. pepper
4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, simmer until desired thickness (if you want you can use corn starch to thicken to make the process faster), stirring constantly-do not scorch.
Pour into pint jars.
Wipe rims with a vinegar soaked paper towel, place lid on rim then the ring and finger tighten.
Place jars in a water bath with the water covering the jars by an 1".
Bring water to a rolling boil.
Boil for 25 minutes.
Turn off heat and let sit for 5 minutes, then remove the jars and place on a towel on the counter to cool completely.
After 24 hour wash with soapy water, dry, label and date.
Place in a cool dark place to store.
Let mature for 2 weeks before use.
