Ingredients:  
1/2 - 1 pound sausage, depending on preference, saute and drain
1 cup chopped celery, small
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, chopped or minced
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 egg
1 Pkg stuffing cubes, seasoned
1 1/2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
1/2 cup white wine, optional
Parsley, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté veggies in butter. Mix broth, wine, spices and egg. Mix in veggies and then stuffing cubes. May add more broth or wine if needed. Should be moist without extra liquid.
Stuff turkey 1/2, if desired.
Bake in uncovered casserole for about 30 minutes at 350

May add dried cranberries (rehydrated in boiling water for 15 minutes), 1 lb. mushrooms, 3/4 cup shredded carrots, or 1 pkg fresh spinach. May add chopped liver and gizzards and sauté with sausage.
