1lb green beans - cooked, cooled & cut
1 can kidney beans
1 can of pink beans
1 c. red pepper
1 c. green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 small red onion
Dash of parsley

1/2 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dice the red onion.

2. In medium saucepan, heat the vinegar and sugar.

3. Add onion to the vinegar/ sugar mixture and cook for several minutes to soften onion.

4. Cool mixture then add oil.

5. Mix everything all together and chill.
