1 gallon ground up cucumbers
1 pint ground up onions
6 cup sugar
3 tsp. mustard seed
3 cup vinegar
3 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. turmeric

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cucumbers and onions in a salt water bath for 2 hours, then drain.
Add rest of ingredients.
Heat to boiling.
Turn burner to low and boil for 30 minutes.
Ladle into pint jars, wipe rim of jar with a vinegar-soaked paper towel.
Place lid on rim of jar add ring and finger tighten.
Place in a boiling water bath-making sure the water is over the tops of the jars by 1".
Process for 10 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
If any don't seal, refrigerate and use first.
