1 lb. Ground Beef
MInced Garlic
2 tsp. Dried Parsley
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
4 Cups Beef Broth
2 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
4 Cups Dry Egg Noodles
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley and salt and pepper. Drain. Add, worcestershire, mustard, beef broth, whipping cream. Bring to boil and add egg noodles. Once noodles are cooked though, add cream cheese and sour cream, simmer for 10 minutes and serve.

White Button mushrooms are optional and can be added when hamburger is just about finished browning.
