1 (10oz) bag of Tostitos Scoops Tortilla Chips
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (15oz) can sweet corn, drained
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. black pepper
1 (8oz.) block cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 (4oz.) can green chilies, mild or medium
1 tsp. salt
½ Cup grated parmesan cheese, for tops

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425º

Lightly grease two large cooking sheets or line the with parchment paper, tightly arrange chips on the sheets cup side up.

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, chilies, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Scoop filling into chips, about 1 T each.
Sprinkle tops with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 13-15 mins or until tops begin to brown and cheese is bubbling.

Serve warm.
