1 unbaked pie shell (deep dish)
3 large eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs.

Add sugar, salt, nutmeg and milk ; beat well.

Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Let cool completely, then chill, sprinkle top with nutmeg.
