Salad:
1 bag spinach or spring mix, washed and dried
1 cup craisins or dried cherries
2 cups strawberries, sliced
½ cup slivered almonds (caramelized, if desired)
2 apples, chopped

Dressing:
3 – 4 lemons, juice and zest
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup vegetable or olive oil
1 tsp mustard seeds

Directions:

Toss together salad ingredients.

Mix together dressing ingredients and pour over salad just before serving.
