2 T olive oil
2 T squeezed lime juice
¼ tsp. salt
Freshly gound pepper
1 pound white fish

CREMA
½ cup plain yogurt
2 T mayonnaise
2 tsp. chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
Tortillas
Shredded cabbage
Corn
Cilantro
Lime wedges

1. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Pour over the fish and let marinate for 20 minutes. Put the yogurt into a strainer lined with a paper towel and place over a bowl to drain and thicken, about 20 minutes.

2. In a small bowl, combine the thickened yogurt, mayonnaise, and chipotle pepper.
