Acorn or Yellow Squash

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half.
Spoon out any pulp.
Place in upside down casserole dish.
Pour hot water over.
Bake 350º 40 minutes or under fork tender.
Turn squash over and season with salt and pepper.
