1 lb. breakfast sausage
1/4 cup flour
3 cups half n half

Biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium size pan brown and break up sausage until it is done and crumbly. Drain any fat. Put the sausage back on the stove top and with the heat on medium low scatter the flour over the sausage and stir. Let it cook for a minute and then slowly add the half n half making the gravy as thick/runny as you would like. Make sure you keep the temperature low so you do not scorch the milk. Once cooked through pour over biscuits.
