2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 tbsp ranch seasoning
12 small low carb tortillas
8 oz cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the chicken with the buffalo sauce, chicken broth, and 1 1/2 tbsp Ranch seasoning in a slow cooker on high for 3-4 hours.
2. Shred the chicken and place back in the juice for a few mins.
3. When the chicken is done soaking in some of the juice, remove it to a bowl. Dip a tortilla in the slow cooker juice, place in a skillet, and top with some cheese and chicken. Cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla becomes crispy.
