1 lb store bought gnocchi
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 red onion, diced small
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
kosher salt to taste
1/4 cup tuscanini sundried tomato pesto
1 basil cube

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
On a cookie sheet, combine gnocchi, tomatoes, zucchini, onion, garlic, oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano and salt.
Stir to combine.
Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and mix in pesto and basil.
