1 low carb tortilla
4-6 oz breaded chicken (frozen)
2-3 tbsp shredded lettuce
2 tbsp tomatoes
Pickles
1 tbsp light mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp Cajun seasoning
splash of pickle juice and chopped pickles
1 russet potato
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook your chicken tenders.
2. Cut potato into thin fry shaped slices. drizzle with the olive oil and air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Shake and air fry for another 5-1 minutes.

3. Mix the mayo, ketchup, mustard, Cajun seasoning, splash of pickle juice, and chopped pickles.

4. Lay the tortilla on a flat surface. Add the chicken, lettuce, tomato, and the mac sauce.
5. Tuck ends of the tortilla and fold to roll it rightly. Serve with a big salad.
