8-10 Capons
garlic powder
paprika

Stuffing:
1 onion diced
6 oz pastrami diced
3 tbsp oil
1 sleeve snackers crushed
onion powder to taste
garlic powder to taste
kosher salt to taste
black pepper to taste
paprika to taste
1 egg
1/4 cup nondairy milk

Glaze:
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
2 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee onion and pastrami. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.MIx well.

Place a heaping spoon of stuffing into each capon. Fold up sides of capon and place into baking dish - pack tightly to hold shape.

Sprinkle garlic powder and paprika on capons. Bake on 350 covered for one hour.

Pour out liquid. Pour glaze evenly over capons. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
